Explore Our Private Sessions

Some conversations you cannot have with your team.

Private sessions with Benoit Cristou. One person, one moment, and someone whose only job is to tell you the truth about how it sounds.

How it Works

Sequence of phases of a lunar eclipse showing the moon moving from fully illuminated to full eclipse and back, over a black background.

It starts with a date. A keynote, a board, an investor round. We work from the real thing, never from exercises.

We meet privately. One to one, by video or in person. No group, no recording, nothing shared.

You bring the material. Deck, draft, notes, or nothing. We apply the C.A.R.E. Method to what is in front of you, and you leave with the next version.

We rehearse. The words, the order, the silences, the hard questions.

Around a single moment, or across the year.

01 - EXECUTIVE ADVISORY

Shape the message before the stakes are real.

A woman stands in front of a group of people in a meeting room, gesturing with her hands while speaking. The audience appears attentive, with some taking notes and others looking at the speaker. Large windows show an urban cityscape outside.

The setting

You speak constantly — earnings calls, town halls, conferences, the press, the board. Some performances land. Some don't. There is no one in the room whose only job is to tell you the truth about how you sound.

The engagement

A one-to-one annual partnership. You and a senior advisor, working in conversation, brainstorm and rehearsal across the moments that matter most. C.A.R.E. is applied across every engagement of your year — Character, Audience, Reach, Execution — so that each appearance reinforces the last.

A sample year includes two keynotes, two seminars or retreats and two press or round-table appearances, with continuous access between. Customized to the leader.

The result

A consistent voice across every room you enter. A team that stops rewriting your speeches. A reputation that compounds.

02 - TEAM NARRATIVE TRAINING

Build alignment across the people who carry the story.

The setting

Each member of the leadership team tells a slightly different version of the company's story. Investors notice. Employees notice. The press writes about it.

The engagement

A multi-day residency with the leadership team, on-site or off-site. We build the company's narrative architecture together, then run each member through the parts of it that matter most for their role. C.A.R.E. is the shared framework — it gives the team one method, one vocabulary, one standard.

The result

The CMO's keynote, the CFO's earnings prep and the COO's town hall sound like they come from the same company. Because they do.

03 - STRATEGIC PRESENTATION PRODUCTION

Bring the story to life when the moment cannot fail.

A woman with glasses and short hair stands with crossed arms in a dimly lit room, looking at a wall of screens showing video call participants.

The setting

There is a date on the calendar. Davos. A product launch. A TED stage. An IPO roadshow. The room will be full of people who matter and the talk you have right now is not yet the talk that should be given there.

The engagement

A turnkey service built around a single moment. Story architecture, drafting, sharpening, rehearsal — and, where useful, visuals: keynote design, motion, stage materials. C.A.R.E. is the engine: it ensures the single moment links back to the company's larger narrative, so the speech does not stand alone but extends the story you are already telling.

The result

A talk that lands in the room and travels beyond it. A moment that raises the standard for the next one.

““ (...) I’ve relied on Benoit and his team for help with my most important presentations for the better part of a decade now.  Their holistic approach encompasses everything from helping to craft the core narrative arch of a pitch to coaching the tone and emphasis of my presentation style. Most importantly, Benoit always makes sure whatever story I’m trying to communicate is as clear and as impactful as possible.””
